THIS APP WORKS ON ALL IPAD 3G (GPS SENSOR INSIDE), AND DO NOT NEED NECESSARY AN INTERNET CONNECTION (MAPS REQUIRES INTERNET CONNECTION) .IN IPAD 1 or 2 WIFI ONLY, THE APPS NEED A COMPATIBLE GPS BLUETOOTH (IPHONE AND IPAD COMPATIBLE BLUETOOTH GPS).This App has been tested with Dual GPS 150 Bluetooth Device (is not guaranteed compatibility with any external device). Before downloading, be sure to have an iPad 3G or a compatible GPS Bluetooth antenna.

Get flying faster with the leading Australian flight planning application for iOS. AvPlan supports;

- Full database of Australian airports, navigation aids, waypoints, visual tracking points and designated IFR routes.

- Built in ERSA, DAP, visual (WAC, VTC, VNC) and IFR (ERC, TAC) charts with flight plan and present position overlaid.

Note: When in 'fly' mode the GPS will run even when the app is in the background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life
